My biblical findings on the End Time Prophecies
If you believe in the pre rapture such as myself, then you know you don’t want to be here after the first return.
The signs:
•Israel back in the land (1948) – Seen as a huge prophetic sign (Ezekiel 37).
•Talk of peace deals with Israel – Lines up with Daniel 9:27’s “covenant with many.”
•Push for a third temple – Some groups in Jerusalem are actively preparing temple vessels and garments.
•Globalism & control technology – Some link digital IDs, economic systems, and AI to Revelation’s “mark of the beast.”
•Moral decline & lawlessness – 2 Timothy 3 describes society in the last days.
1. Israel Back in the Land
•Why it matters: Israel’s rebirth in 1948 is seen as a major fulfillment of prophecy (Ezekiel 37:21-22, Isaiah 66:8).
•Key verse: “I will take the Israelites out of the nations where they have gone… and bring them back into their own land.” (Ezekiel 37:21)
⸻
2. Jerusalem a Focus of World Attention
•Why it matters: Zechariah said Jerusalem would become a burdensome stone to the nations.
•Key verse: “I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about…” (Zechariah 12:2-3)
⸻
3. Movement Toward a Third Temple
•Why it matters: Daniel 9:27 and Matthew 24:15 both mention sacrifices stopping — meaning a temple or altar must exist.
•Today: Groups in Israel are preparing temple vessels, priestly garments, and training priests.
⸻
4. Global Push for “Peace and Security”
•Why it matters: Paul wrote that when people are saying “peace and safety,” sudden destruction will come.
•Key verse: “While people are saying, ‘Peace and safety,’ destruction will come on them suddenly…” (1 Thessalonians 5:3)
⸻
5. Rise of Globalism & Technology for Control
•Why it matters: Revelation 13 describes a future system where no one can buy or sell without the “mark of the beast.”
•Today: Digital IDs, central bank digital currencies, and surveillance tech make this kind of control possible.
⸻
6. Wars, Rumors of Wars, and Upheaval
•Why it matters: Jesus said these would be “the beginning of birth pains.”
•Key verse: “You will hear of wars and rumors of wars… but the end is not yet.” (Matthew 24:6-7)
⸻
7. Moral Decline and Lawlessness
•Why it matters: Paul said the last days would be marked by selfishness, violence, and rebellion.
•Key verse: “In the last days perilous times will come. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money…” (2 Timothy 3:1-5)
⸻
8. Explosion of Knowledge & Travel
•Why it matters: Daniel said knowledge and travel would increase in the end times.
•Key verse: “Many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.” (Daniel 12:4)
⸻
9. Global Gospel Reach
•Why it matters: Jesus said the gospel would be preached to all nations, and then the end would come.
•Today: Through the internet, satellite TV, and Bible translation, the gospel is now reaching nearly every people group.
•Key verse: “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world… and then the end will come.” (Matthew 24:14)
⸻
10. Rise of Scoffing at Prophecy
•Why it matters: Peter predicted people would mock the idea of Jesus’ return.
•Key verse: “In the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. They will say, ‘Where is this ‘coming’ he promised?’” (2 Peter 3:3-4)
The Timeline:
1. Chaos on Earth
•Millions of people suddenly vanish (believers caught up to meet Jesus in the air — 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17).
•Massive confusion, fear, and instability worldwide.
•Possible economic collapse, travel accidents, political chaos.
⸻
2. Rise of the Antichrist
•A powerful world leader emerges to bring “order out of chaos.”
•He gains global influence and likely brokers peace in the Middle East (Daniel 9:27).
•This begins the final 7-year period (“Daniel’s 70th week”).
⸻
3. Rebuilding of the Temple & Sacrifices
•Israel rebuilds the temple or at least resumes sacrifices.
•This is a signpost — it must be functioning before the middle of the 7 years.
⸻
4. First Half of the Tribulation (3½ Years)
•Relative peace and stability under the Antichrist’s rule.
•Many think this is when the four horsemen of the apocalypse (Revelation 6) are unleashed — wars, famine, disease, but not total destruction yet.
⸻
5. Midpoint Crisis (3½ Years In)
•Antichrist breaks the peace treaty.
•Commits the abomination of desolation — sets himself up as God in the temple.
•Persecution of Jews and Christians (those who came to faith after the rapture) intensifies.
⸻
6. The Great Tribulation (Last 3½ Years)
•God’s judgments escalate (trumpets and bowls in Revelation).
•Global disasters, plagues, intense persecution, and war.
•Armies gather for the battle of Armageddon.
⸻
7. The Second Coming of Jesus
•Jesus returns visibly with the raptured saints (Revelation 19:11-16).
•Defeats the Antichrist and his armies.
•Satan is bound for 1,000 years (Revelation 20:1-3).
⸻
8. The Millennial Kingdom
•Jesus rules the earth for 1,000 years — real peace finally comes.
•Nations beat their swords into plowshares (Isaiah 2:4).
•Satan is released briefly at the end, then defeated permanently.
⸻
9. Final Judgment & New Heaven and Earth
•The Great White Throne Judgment (Revelation 20:11-15).
•God creates a new heaven and new earth — eternal peace and righteousness (Revelation 21–22).
